1. How much does shipping cost?
The shipping price depends on the weight of your package and where you live. You will get an exact price when you go to pay for your order. We average at about $17-$32.
2. What's my size?
We understand getting the right size online can be a challenge. With a measuring tape and our sizing guide you should be able to find the right fit for you. We also give the models measurements in the description of each product for additional guidance.

3. The prices on your website are in US$. Can I pay in €, ¥, £ or ฿?
Yes, when you pay for your order the price will be converted to your local currency.
4. What forms of payment do you accept?
We use PayPal for all payments, you do not need a PayPal account to pay. You can use PayPal to pay with credit cards such as Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
You can also pay directly from your PayPal account balance.
5. Do I need PayPal?
No. You can use order without an account. A PayPal account does make the checkout process slightly easier. But it's possible to enter your credit card information without a Paypal account.
6. How long will delivery take?
We ship all week from Monday to Friday. The package will arrive at your doorstep after 3-5 business days.
7. Can I track my order?
For shizzle. Right after we pack your order we will e-mail you a tracking code.
8. I'm not happy with my product/I got the wrong size. Can I return my order?
No problem, within 21 days you can ship it back to us. Please, look at the return form that came with your package for information. In case you lost it, click here to print a new one.

9. How secure is your store?
We use PayPal, which automatically encrypts your confidential credit card and personal information using 128-bit SSL — the highest level of commercial encryption currently available.
10. Are there any import duties or tax?
Yes, depending on where you live and your local customs policies. Customers will be responsible with covering their own package custom's tax (if any).
11. Do I have to pay for customs?
Depending on what country you live in, you might be charged with additional import fees. This varies from country to country, so we can't calculate it before hand.
